The church was started by the Reverend Dr. Mary A. Tumpkin in September 1982. The empowering message of our New Thought ministries has successfully evolved to our current sanctuary, Master’s Learning Center, day care and community room. Our planned expansion from 22,000 square feet to over 50,000 square feet  will be complete by the year 2010.

The success of the church over the years has been an example of God working through dedicated people. Realizing your full potential and allowing others to learn and grow from your life example is what makes you and the UTC a vital member of the world community.  

Encouragement, explosive energy and excitement, openess and diversity brings the Lord’s message forward.  New solutions and new thinking is the basis of our founders and the basis of where we are going.
