The Universal Truth Community Development Corporation (UTCDC) is a Florida community and faith based non-profit corporation and an independent affiliate of the Universal Truth Center for Better Living. The UTCDC was incorporated in 1994 and opened its doors in 1996. Its functions can be categorized into four distinct program areas: community organizing, infrastructure development, housing counseling, and real estate development.

Community Organizing: The UTCDC is focusing its primary efforts on revitalizing and restoring the Vista Verde and Miramar Gardens subdivisions located in the City of Miami Gardens (Miami-Dade County Commission District One).

Infrastructure Development: The UTCDC was instrumental in obtaining county funding and CDBG grants to evaluate ways to improve and correct the infrastructure of the Vista Verde/Miramar Gardens community. Evaluation has been completed, and infrastructure work that was identified in the study (e.g. drainage and street repairs) is currently under way. Other county funding was allocated and used for the installation of street lighting and street signage.

Housing Counseling: The UTCDC provides homebuyer education seminars and one-on-one post counseling, debt management counseling, credit repair counseling, and low-income housing placement assistance, among other services to the community.

Real Estate Development: After having committed its first six active years of operation to community organizing, infrastructure improvements, and housing counseling, the UTCDC is now in the early stages of a comprehensive housing rehabilitation effort.
