Rev. Yanick Douyon
Staff Minister

Yanick Douyon became a licensed minister in the Universal Foundation for Better Living in November of 2004. Since then she has launched the Fort Lauderdale Satellite of Universal Truth Center. Its mission includes providing classes and religious service to those for whom transportation to Universal Truth Center is inconvenient and introducing New Thought principles to those in the Fort Lauderdale community.

She continues to be a teacher in the Miami-Dade County Public School system, a position she has held since 1986. She has also taught overseas in Haiti, El Salvador, and China. Her education includes a specialist degree from Barry University, a master's from Tufts University, and a bachelor's degree from Douglass College of Rutgers University.
