Rev.
Lottie Clodfelter
Staff Minister
The Rev. Lottie Clodfelter was active with the Pentecostal church for
45 years. "Church has been my whole life for most of my life," she
says. "But in 1977, Spirit began to show me other ways of seeing God. I
didn't know what to do, and for a good while, I thought I was losing my mind." This
was the beginning of a personal search for greater Truth that led Rev. Lottie
to the Universal Truth Center in 1988.
After attending UTC for 11 years, earning
a Master Certificate, teaching Better Living classes, and directing the Congregational
Care Ministry, Rev. Lottie made the commitment of becoming a member in 1999.
Friends and church members frequently sought her counsel, and it wasn't long
before Rev. Lottie realized that ministry was one of her spiritual gifts. She
was ordained in November 2000.
As the current Director of the Prayer and Healing
Ministry, Rev. Lottie's deepest desire is to promote a strong consciousness of
prayer and spiritual healing at the Center, so that "the healing presence
can be experienced by all who worship with us," she says. "I know it
can happen."
